    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access control, and/or life-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor and contractor screening practices, and follow post orders for after-hours activity.; Prepare clear, accurate reports related to incidents, daily activities, and/or unusual conditions, and relay important information to Allied Universal supervisors and site contacts.
