Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while coordinating with site contacts and first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual activity according to post orders.; Support a professional presence in a healthcare environment by assisting with de-escalation, following applicable use-of-force guidelines, and maintaining readiness for changing conditions across the location.
