Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points, while reporting unusual activity and/or conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and support badge verification, visitor processing, and other access control responsibilities at a technology-focused location; Assist with site-specific protocols related to deliveries, parking areas, and/or sensitive workspaces, while maintaining a visible presence and providing routine security-related support
