Security Officer Reception Driving Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet and direct guests, verify visitor credentials, and support access control processes for the location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building contacts and emergency services when needed; Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or security-related issues to site leadership; Answer phones, support deliveries and vendor check-ins, and provide information and assistance consistent with building policies and customer service expectations
