Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit by verifying credentials, registering visitors, issuing passes, and/or maintaining access logs in accordance with site policies.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management, emergency services, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Support daily operations by reporting security-related concerns, documenting incidents, and providing clear directions and assistance to occupants and guests.
