Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or resident concerns in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report security-related activities according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and/or property access points while communicating clearly with residents, guests, and management regarding security-related matters.; Document observations, incidents, and/or maintenance-related concerns and relay information to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated property contacts as appropriate.
