Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with local leadership and/or public emergency services when needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity, theft, and/or other suspicious behavior; Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and restricted spaces, verify access when required, and report hazards, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions to the appropriate contacts; Support retail loss prevention efforts by observing customer and employee activity, assisting with de-escalation during confrontational situations, and maintaining a visible presence throughout assigned areas
