Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, government location policies, and/or emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through appropriate channels.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout transit-related facilities, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations as assigned.; Monitor access points and restricted areas, helping to deter unauthorized entry, prohibited activity, and/or suspicious behavior at the location.; Work collaboratively with site personnel, public agency representatives, and first responders during routine operations and/or emergency situations while following post orders and use of force guidelines.
