Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Private Patrol Operator through the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). We proudly serve the Greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Due torapid growth and expanding client accounts, we are actively hiring professional, BSIS-certified Armed Security Officers to join our team.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive to and between assigned client sites as required
• Supervise accounts and oversee on-site security personnel
• Patrol designated areas to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized activity
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Enforce site-specific rules and regulations with professionalism
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports
• Operate surveillance systems (e.g., CCTV) to monitor activity
• Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and the public
Requirements:

• Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional

PPO 16302) that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Job Offers and Contingencies
If your qualifications match our openings and you are made an offer of employment, all offers will be contingent upon the following conditions being met satisfactorily. Such contingencies must be met prior to commencing employment.
• Completing a post-offer drug test (dependent on assignment)
• Background and Criminal History Check (Under the California Fair Chance Act, you will receive an individualized assessment with an opportunity to respond to any records found.)
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• DMV Check (if applicable)
• Signed Acknowledgment of Receipt of Employee Policy and Procedure Manual
• Verification of Guard License and any additional applicable permits.
• Execution of Company Arbitration Agreement
• Execution of Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement
Failure to meet all contingencies satisfactorily will result in the offer of employment being rescinded. In the event that a candidate may be allowed to commence work while waiting for the results of the contingencies, the employment would terminate immediately if any of the above contingencies is not satisfied. Offers of employment must be in writing, signed, and authorized by Human Resources in order to be valid. Managers, office assistants, or supervisors are not authorized to make verbal job offers and if this was to occur, the offer would not be authorized or legitimate and should be reported to Human Resources as a violation of our policy.
