Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant details according to site guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points, observe resident and visitor traffic, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact; Support a welcoming residential environment by answering questions, providing directions, and communicating clearly with residents, guests, management, and/or first responders when needed
