Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, processing entries and exits, and supporting security-related protocols at a logistics and distribution location.; Monitor entry points, gates, and visitor activity to deter unauthorized access, document arrivals and departures, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, pickups, and restricted areas.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns when appropriate and supporting emergency response activities according to site policy.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observe for unusual conditions related to trailers, loading areas, parking areas, and access points, and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns promptly.; Complete required logs, reports, and incident documentation, maintain awareness of site rules for freight movement and visitor management, and provide guidance to people entering the location in a professional manner.
