Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a utilities location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, buildings, and perimeter zones; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor activity as directed by site procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas; Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel, following post orders, and assisting with security-related responses to alarms, disturbances, and/or service calls
