Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns; Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized entry, while following post orders and reporting suspicious behavior, damaged property, and/or policy violations; Support traffic and pedestrian flow around the location, assist with directions and general questions, and help maintain order during shift changes, deliveries, and/or other busy periods
