Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit-related facilities, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directing foot traffic, and provide courteous information and support while following post orders and client guidelines.; Prepare clear reports on incidents, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and other security-related issues through the appropriate channels.
