Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.; Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor activity at the location, assist with access and crowd flow, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed.; Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and store activity, documenting incidents, and helping to address disturbances, trespassing, and/or policy violations.
