Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response support within a government corrections location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, housing-related perimeters, and other restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or permissions, and assist with movement control procedures in accordance with post orders and location policies; Communicate with facility personnel and first responders as needed during medical, fire, behavioral, and/or security-related events, following established protocols and maintaining detailed incident records
