Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support site rules, observe for unauthorized activity, and document security-related incidents according to post instructions; Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or public services when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.; Complete routine reports and communicate with management, tenants, and/or local authorities regarding observed conditions, incidents, and follow-up actions as needed
