Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual activity, assist with access and crowd flow concerns, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property issues observed during patrols; Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and visitor activity, following post orders, and reporting suspicious behavior, trespassing, and/or unauthorized access in accordance with site procedures
