Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor activity, verifying credentials when required, and reporting suspicious behavior in accordance with location protocols.; Support a healthcare location by assisting with directions, de-escalation, and orderly movement throughout the property while maintaining a professional presence and following Allied Universal standards.
