Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and activity in public-facing areas, helping to confirm authorized entry, provide directions, and report maintenance, hazard, and/or policy issues to the appropriate contact.
