Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public-facing spaces, verifying credentials when required and assisting with security-related screening and/or access control procedures; Work closely with site personnel and public sector representatives during routine operations, special events, and/or emergency situations while maintaining professional presence and readiness
