Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including buildings, parking areas, gates, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and verify credentials, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols, helping to control entry to restricted utility operations and infrastructure areas; Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities for a utilities environment; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed; Support Allied Universal and site leadership by preparing reports, maintaining assigned equipment, and following post orders related to armed patrol duties and/or security-related response activities
