Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all visitors, staff, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a defense-related location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity; Verify credentials, monitor entry and exit activity, and support access control procedures for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors; Support incident response by communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed
