Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help observe access activity, support loss prevention efforts, and report policy violations and/or suspicious behavior; Support retail location operations by assisting with de-escalation, following post orders, and maintaining a visible presence to help discourage disruptive conduct and/or unauthorized activity
