Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, screening processes, and/or policy compliance in a professional manner appropriate to a healthcare environment; Complete routine reports and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues to the proper contacts
