Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence consistent with post orders; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, exits, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify suspicious behavior; Monitor for theft-related activity, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and/or after-hours access concerns, and report observations according to site protocols; Support store personnel and visitors by assisting with access control, de-escalation, incident documentation, and/or coordination with local law enforcement when needed
