JOB SUMMARY:
The Bronx District Attorney's Office is seeking a well-qualified staff whose diverse backgrounds reflect an ability to serve the 1.4 million members of the Bronx County community and pursue a safer Bronx through fair justice. The Bronx County District Attorney seeks an experienced attorney (10+ years) with outstanding managerial and supervisory skills to help lead the Technical Investigation Bureau (“TIB”). TIB consists of three units: the Digital Forensics Laboratory (“DFL”), Video Unit, and Body Worn Camera Unit. TIB provides investigative and legal services to the Office at large on a variety of electronic evidence issues, including digital forensics, video, and other media-related services, and body-worn camera evidence. The Deputy Bureau Chief reports to the TIB Chief. The Deputy Bureau Chief will assist in leading the Technical Investigation Bureau, overseeing the day-to-day operation, casework, training, and management of the Bureau and its staff.
