Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and help to support orderly entry and exit in accordance with site-specific protocols; Communicate with site contacts, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel when needed, while assisting with routine inquiries and maintaining detailed daily activity records
