Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help identify unusual activity and/or site concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas within a technology, media, and/or telecommunications location to help support security-related policies and report observed issues.; Assist with visitor processing, badge verification, and/or basic front-facing support while maintaining awareness of site rules, reporting procedures, and post instructions.
