Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, gates, and perimeter points, with attention to unusual activity and/or unauthorized access; Monitor the movement of trucks, trailers, deliveries, and/or visitors at entry and exit points, following access control procedures and verifying credentials, manifests, and/or appointments as directed by site policy; Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by reporting hazards, damaged equipment, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations, and by maintaining a visible presence that may help to deter unwanted activity
