Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support an orderly environment for daily business operations.; Assist with incident reporting, policy enforcement, and/or requested support during special events, deliveries, or after-hours activity across the location.
