Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, monitoring access activity, and supporting appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, exterior perimeters, parking areas, and loading or receiving zones, to help identify unauthorized activity and/or security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, vendor, and/or contractor access as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas; Support security-related operations at an industrial location by reporting maintenance concerns, checking gates and doors, and observing equipment, materials, and high-traffic areas for irregular activity
