Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial institution environment; Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and maintain visitor access records in accordance with site guidelines; Answer phones, support badge and key control processes, and communicate with employees, guests, and/or vendors regarding entry procedures and security-related concerns; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when needed; Complete required logs, reports, and documentation related to daily front desk activity, access control, and/or incident response
