Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, helping to control access, report suspicious behavior, and/or document security-related incidents according to site procedures.; Support staff and visitors with routine assistance, directions, and incident reporting while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced medical environment.
