Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information to property management and/or public emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require attention; Monitor access points, common areas, and exterior grounds to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and/or address policy violations in accordance with post instructions; Maintain required armed post readiness by handling assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, post orders, and applicable laws and licensing requirements
