Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with location protocols, including verifying credentials and directing visitors to appropriate areas.; Support healthcare staff during security-related calls for assistance, patient-related incidents, and/or transport-related activity while following post orders and applicable use of force guidelines.
