Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related screening, and emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, to help identify unusual activity and policy violations; Monitor the location for unauthorized entry, trespassing, loitering, and/or disruptive behavior, and follow post orders for de-escalation, notification, and incident reporting; Support a respectful environment by assisting with visitor directions, enforcing location rules, and communicating with residents and staff regarding security-related issues and/or changing conditions
