Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas while verifying identification, credentials, badges, and/or visitor authorizations in accordance with access control protocols.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site leadership.; Screen incoming guests, contractors, and deliveries, helping to control access to authorized areas and directing individuals to the appropriate department or check-in point.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns or maintenance issues.
