Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.; Monitor front desk activity, manage access control processes, verify identification and credentials, and document visitor and vendor entry in accordance with site protocols.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and support communication between site personnel and arriving visitors, drivers, and contractors.; Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and consistent application of post procedures.
