Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, offices, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when assistance is needed; Support asset protection efforts by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and following instructions for after-hours checks, opening, and/or closing procedures
