    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
    • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
    • Providing additional support and guidance to Surveillance Officer members as needed
    • In the absence of the supervisor on duty, function as the team supervisor
    • Assist with training and developing team members
    • Monitor Table Games and Electronic Gaming Device activity, Armored Car pick-up and all areas where Chips and Vouchers are issued and redeemed, Count Room Procedures, as well as all other non-gaming areas throughout the property, including but not limited to the entrance and exits
    • Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Bally's Chicago Operating Co., LLC System of Internal Controls
    • Report irregularities, unusual, and suspicious activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager, Director of Surveillance, and the Illinois Gaming Board Docksite Supervisor/Agent
    • Monitor and safeguard company assets
    • Protect the overall integrity of gaming at the casino
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Compensation:

    • $25.50/hr.

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

    • Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time
    • Frequently required to define color
    • Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high
    • Frequently required to lift items up to 25 pounds
    • Frequently required to reach overhead
    • Occasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods of time
    • You may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations in this position.
    Qualifications
    Education

    High School or better.

    Experience

    Must be a high school graduate or equivalent Must be able to obtain and maintain a level 2 gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board Must be 21 years of age or older Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent customer and employee relations skills Must have strong organizational and decision-making abilities Must have above-average math skills
