Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site procedures; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points, observe resident and visitor activity, and communicate with property management and/or local responders when needed regarding security-related concerns; Support a welcoming residential environment by assisting with routine inquiries, documenting daily activities, and following post orders for assigned locations
