Summary
Allied Universal - 94th Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout transit-related buildings, bus areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry points, check credentials where required, and communicate with site contacts, employees, and the public regarding rules, directions, and security-related concerns.; Report suspicious activity, maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel, and assist with crowd management and orderly movement of people during busy periods or emergencies.
