Allied Universal - 94th Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shelter location, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access to the location by observing arrivals and departures, verifying authorization when required, and communicating site rules and expectations in a professional manner; Support daily operations by assisting with de-escalation, following post orders, and completing required logs, reports, and other security-related documentation
