Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities across an educational location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with campus contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, common spaces, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and activity throughout the location, assist with directions and general inquiries, and document incidents, observations, and/or policy-related concerns according to site guidelines
