Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and verify credentials, permissions, and/or visitor activity in accordance with post orders and government location protocols; Support investigations by preparing clear reports, preserving relevant details, and assisting with security-related inquiries involving incidents, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior
