Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with entry procedures, directions, and general support while maintaining awareness of unusual behavior and/or property concerns.; Assist with property-specific assignments such as checking doors, gates, and lighting conditions, reporting maintenance or security-related issues, and supporting daily operations at the location.
