Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant activity according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contact; Support daily operations by observing visitor and employee activity, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and communicating clearly with site leadership and/or first responders when needed
