    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and assigned security-related duties at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential policy concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and reporting suspicious behavior or unauthorized access attempts.; Support emergency response activities by following post orders, assisting with evacuations and/or site notifications, and completing required reports related to incidents, observations, and daily operations.
