Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following healthcare location protocols, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist staff and guests with directions and information, and report unusual behavior or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel; Support a professional environment by following post orders, communicating with Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts, and completing required reports with accuracy and attention to detail
